The Story
Skyline Corporate Hub is the first IGBC Gold-rated office building in Rayalaseema. The campus is organised around a central planted atrium that brings daylight deep into the floor plate, reducing artificial lighting needs by 45%. The façade employs a parametrically designed terracotta brise-soleil that responds to solar angles, cutting cooling loads while creating a distinctive identity visible from the highway.
The Challenge
Creating a world-class workspace in a region without established commercial real-estate benchmarks, while working within a pragmatic budget.
Our Approach
We used locally sourced materials—Kadapa stone, regional terracotta, and fly-ash concrete—to keep costs contained while achieving a premium finish. The parametric façade was prefabricated in manageable modules, enabling skilled local masons to handle installation.
